The entire process begins with an in-depth, hands-on, evaluation of the facility. The initial inspection occurs during an event, from the spectators and competitors eyes. Additionally, inspections take place following the event. Over 500 items are observed and evaluated.
Once the evaluation is completed, areas of concern are prioritized. A program is then created that conforms to the budget and logistics of that specific facility. TVC then helps the facility management implement processes and work through any adjustments needed to bring performance to desired levels.
We initially target and evaluate three core groups of revenue sources (Spectators, Competitors and Sponsors). Within each or the three main groups we review, identify weaknesses that can lead to loss of revenue. Once a possible issue is identified TVC will discuss and recommend possible solutions with you.
